“How do we speak in a united voice?”

PROBLEM:

50+ stakeholders doing their own thing, trying to attract visitors to their New Mexico destination. The result was a mucky message to the consumer and limited success at achieving their goals. Each stakeholder is very invested in their individual tactic and many are threatened by collaboration. Fear of losing their identity.

SOLUTION:

Messaging to each stakeholder about changing the status quo for a refined vision of unity. Build educational programs and communication systems to listen to their concerns. Convey new methodology AND how it applies specifically to their destination. Work with them throughout to address their concerns. Bring them up the chain, making adjustments when necessary. Provide clarification and understanding to ease worry.
